Since first working with Album a couple years ago, we’ve helped them refocus their strategy and roll out gradual improvements to their brand touch points. Most recently, we refreshed the 24 carrots visual identity system to strike the right balance between their modern elegance and traditional values.
Along with beautiful print collateral to support their sales team, the centerpiece of 24 carrots’ elevated brand positioning is an overhaul of their website. We closely tracked user analytics for months leading up to launch, gaining insights that informed strategy and design decisions. Here are just a few things we found:

The impact was immediate… just one month after launching, the new 24 carrots website saw a giant 40% increase in the time users spend on the site and a whopping 50% increase in their lead conversion rate!
