Golden Spoon Social Media
Golden Spoon asked us to setup, launch and manage their social media in 5 pilot stores. Regional Manager, Rich Ferraro, explained our role in his own words:
- Situation – I wanted to create an online social networking presence to increase my database of customers and establish a closer relationship with those customers by creating a dialogue over social networking sites. The end objective was to get them into the store via promotions.
- Problem – I tried and failed. I built my own Facebook account, signed up for Twitter and MySpace, but did it all wrong.
- Solution – I hired Album to recreate my social networking platforms. They implemented techniques to build my fans, allow me to easily manage multiple sites, and increase my communication and messaging to my customers.
- Benefits – Increased fans, increased store visits, increase in customer dialogue/communication, increase in revenue via promotions and increased customer satisfaction based on in-store and online customer feedback.
